My parents and Ananya planted a persimmon tree when Ananya was a
baby...and today we ate a delicious persimmon from that tree. Here's

My work

I lead a Women & Girls event last week where we invited women
execs/leaders to do activities and have conversations with low-income
girls about the importance of college and career. One of our speakers,
Vicky Galindo, was a silver medalist for softball at the Beijing
Olympics and let me wear her medal!

Ananya's school had a face painting/art project activity after school
today...Amisha got her face painted like a cat and Ananya got her hand
painted with a pumpkin!
