Maui Wowee

We took a fun trip to Maui in June to celebrate Ananya's birthday. It was so relaxing and fun, especially since I had just started my new insanely exciting but intensely busy job. AJ and Ray joined us for a few days and then my inlaws joined us for almost a week of fun in the sun! Our daily schedule was as follows: wake up, go to the beach, eat lunch, come home and nap, go to the pool, shower, go out to dinner, go to sleep. Awesome. The major highlight of the trip for Ananya was that she gained a ton of confidence in the pool, would swim by herself with her arm floaties, and became OBSESSED with the long, steep, curvy waterslide! At first, we'd go with her but then she started going by herself...and then would try coming down the slide forwards, backwards, face first, on her tummy...it was so amazing to see how much fun she was having and how confident she had become!
